Do not shear. This durable tree is suitable for small urban spaces. Performs best on irrigated or moist, well-drained soils and with a large mulch area beneath the canopy. Plant is susceptible to dieback, caused by a fungus in our region which has limited this holly’s usefulness as an urban tree. |
