Comments: |
Underused in our area, but male clones should be used as a low-maintenance shade tree. Ideal for use on naturalization plantings or as a specimen tree. Although prone to pest problems in Florida, it is a tree worth having in a woodland situation. Buy container-grown material only. Needs little in the way of pruning to have good structure. |
